Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CandleOps and the use of its gameplay, account, and leaderboard systems.

Educational simulator only

CandleOps is a game and educational simulator. It does not provide brokerage services, investment advice, or real-money trading execution.

Accounts and progression

In-game accounts, payouts, rankings, and challenge clears exist only within the CandleOps simulation. They do not represent legal claims, monetary balances, or financial entitlements outside the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt to bypass gameplay restrictions, scrape protected data, or use CandleOps for unlawful purposes.

Availability and changes

CandleOps may change missions, account rules, rankings, features, and progression systems over time. Features may be added, adjusted, or removed without notice as the simulator evolves.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or permanent retention of game data.
