CandleOps promotes operators through regular levels. Missions grant XP, profitable missions grant extra XP based on virtual money gained, and quests add XP on top of cash rewards. The first 600 levels move through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Ruby insignias; levels remain uncapped after that.

The proving ground: first reps, first routines, first controlled mission cycles.
Promotion rule
Bronze covers operator levels 1-120. Every level earns the next bronze insignia.

A disciplined field operator with enough volume to expose weak habits.
Promotion rule
Silver covers operator levels 121-240. This tier is designed to be reachable with steady play.

A proven command desk with enough consistency to survive longer campaigns.
Promotion rule
Gold covers operator levels 241-360. Gold should be achievable for serious active players.

Veteran campaign status for operators who keep showing up after the easy rewards end.
Promotion rule
Diamond covers operator levels 361-480. This is the long-game prestige tier.

Endgame war-room prestige. The final Ruby insignia is meant to take years.
Promotion rule
Ruby starts at level 481. Ruby 120 lands at level 600 and is tuned as a multi-year objective.
Each level inside a medal family earns the next PNG insignia.
Medal families
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Ruby each contain 120 visual insignias. That creates a clean 600-level campaign before the art reaches its final Ruby form.
Ruby endgame
The final Ruby insignia lands at level 600. The XP curve is tuned so this should feel like a multi-year campaign, not a weekend grind.
The system rewards active trading first and passive progress second.
Mission XP
Every completed mission grants XP. Losses still grant a small training reward, skips grant less, and profitable outcomes grant extra XP based on virtual money gained. As account sizes grow, successful deployments naturally become more valuable.
Quest XP
Daily quests and quest-chain rewards grant XP alongside cash. Daily rewards are claimed automatically when completed. Quest-chain rewards grant XP when you press claim.
Unlimited curve
There is no hard level cap. Early levels are intentionally fast, while later levels require much more XP so long-term progression still matters after large accounts unlock.
